Meet the individuals who help contribute to PFS Consulting’s success!
Terry Frizzell
Terry is President of PFS Consulting and is not only devoted to this great company, but also to his wife and 4 children. He started his college education at Brigham Young University and finished up his college “career” by receiving his Architectural Engineering degree from North Carolina A&T State University. This wonderful degree combined the understanding of form and function with the knowledge of how it is all put together into a complete structure.
Terry has held numerous leadership positions within the industry and in the community; but none as prestigious as “father”. He attributes his work ethic, love of people and career achievements to his Father, his family and his high school drafting teacher.

Patrick Modesitt
Pat is the VP of Engineering at PFS Consulting. He received his Engineering degree from Marietta College in Ohio and has been with PFS Consulting since the very beginning. He has always prided himself in making sure the client’s get the answers they need in a timely manner – making service an important quality that seems to be lacking in a lot of today’s industries.
He was born and raised in Virginia and has since moved and settled in California. He enjoys traveling to new places and reading in his free time.

Cliff Laudato
Cliff began working as an intern at PFS in 2013 while he completed his engineering degree. He graduated with a B.S. in Civil Engineering from BYU in 2015. He was hired as a full-time employee in 2015 as an engineer.
He was born and raised in Sacramento and enjoys to spend his free time with his family and friends or out on the water to fish.

Kristen Fazlic
Kristen is the CAD Manager and has been with the company since 2013.
She is a wife and mother of two. When she is not working, she enjoys all things Disney, makeup and seeing new places with her family. She enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, watching reality shows, and doing lots of DIY crafts in her free time. She also enjoys technology and learning how to do new things.

Mariana Cobb
Mariana started off at PFS Consulting in 2018, working in our Cad department but transitioned into engineering after one year with the company. She is now working on her B.S in Civil Engineering and hopes to obtain her license soon. She has been with us for about 5 years.
She is knowledgeable and has a background in home improvements and interior design. She is a wife and a boy mom. When she is not working she’s studying or taking care of her boy. She enjoys Disney, reading, traveling and being outdoors with her family.

Trenton Frizzell
Trenton started off at PFS Consulting, working in our CAD department but has transitioned into engineering. He’s been with the company since 2016 and is quickly learning to be well rounded in both engineering and CAD.
When he is not working, he enjoys gaming and movies (especially Marvel!), spending time with friends and family on vacation, or just hanging out.

Naomi Trevino
Naomi works in the CAD department and has been with us since 2010.
She is a busy wife and a mother of four boys. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family, music, home design, gardening, baking and cooking, home organization and reading. She studied Interior Design in college. She believes it is important to pay attention to detail, strive to improve every day, and help others whenever possible.

Danielle Hammond
Danielle is our office manager. She helps coordinate events and keep our office running smoothly. She’s been an asset to our company for about 5 years.
She is a wife and mother of two. When she is not working, she enjoys Disney, traveling with her family, going for walks, shopping, and watching cooking and baking shows!

Tanner Frizzell
Tanner works in the CAD department and has been with us since 2020.
He loves spending time with his family, watching movies, going to the gym, and gaming. Him and his wife have one son, and a daughter on the way! When he is not at work, he is either watching Bluey or Cars. His son loves those two things more than anything! Family means everything to Tanner. He enjoys learning new things, space exploration, history, and finding out interesting (or useless) facts. He believes in treating others with respect and always trying to do your best.

Todd Bertagnini
Todd has been with the company since 2021. He is the company’s IT administrator and also part of the CAD department. He has over 20 years of experience in Information Technology.
He is a husband, father of 4 children and has 2 grandchildren. He enjoys being outdoors, camping, golfing, watching sports (Sacramento Kings). He also likes listening to music, working on cars, computers and spending time with family and friends.
